Refund Policy

At Valenskin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

Deadlines

• Change of mind/Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

• Manufacturing defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

• Visible damage: For items such as broken glass or missing parts, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once approved, you may choose between an exchange for a stock item or a refund of the product value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products include a 30-day warranty. To activate it, the customer must provide a short video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
